Not at all a 4 star hotel. One pillow per person, soft foam mattress that becomes intolerably hot, air conditioning that roars but does not cool, no facecloths, no additional facial tissues or toilet paper given for a second night stay. Room extremely hot and very noisy when window is open, which it needs to be, as air conditioning does not cool. Front entrance under construction, which was not disclosed, and still isn’t on their website, making it difficult for taxi drivers to find, stop and retrieve luggage.

Very quiet hotel, centrally located next to shopping streets with places of interest in all directions. Underground and trams close by. Beds a bit softer than I would have liked but slept well. Squash and water available in reception from 1200 to 1800. Didn't stay for breakfast, several cafés locally. Supermarket just across the street. Lots of work going on on the ground floor with hammer drills on the Friday afternoon but all quiet over the weekend

Very central on Marianhilfer Strasse. The street is a popular tourist destination with a lot of shops, restaurants, museums. Do be careful of pickpockets when leaving the hotel, they work in groups sometimes led by women.

Arrived here to be told check in was 4pm. Dropped luggage and wandered off. When we arrived back we were told room still wasn’t ready and to come back in say 20 minutes. When we were eventually able to get into our room it was not clean. There was toothpaste spit in sink and hair from shaving. The bin had hair all around. The tissue box was empty. The sink plug doesn’t work and bless you get beneath and manually pull it. No coffee and tea facilities. Despite been shown on every hotel photo of room. There is however a coffee bar in foyer available between 12pm and 6pm, no good if you fancy a morning coffee. Declined breakfast as €17 for yoghurt and fruit, which is what we eat, is rather steep. Wardrobe has 5 coat hangers for two people for week stay. There was two bottles of water and the most bizarre welcome pack I have ever seen. Considering this to be four star we were more than disappointed after our first night. The bed was awful and very low. Two singles pushed together covered by two single quilts get to close to centre and you’d fall through. After being out all day we came back to shower and change room service had not been. During showering at after 4.30 a knock at the door. Room service. I declined but asked for water only to be told there is none it is only given on first day. I asked for another pillow each as one was uncomfortable. Again told no, on our last day an extra pillow arrived. A bar advertised but there isn’t a serving bar and sent to a sleazy billiard bar instead. Over all rude staff. If this is four star I’d hate to see 2 star. Only plus point was location to station etc.

Good hotel in a perfect location in Vienna. The bedroom was clean and recently refurbished with an excellent bathroom and shower. The rooms were at a perfect temperature and the bed was really comfortable. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but there were many great cafe/restaurants nearby. The hotel is near to the Westbanhof station with it's great links by train, Underground and tram systems
